Fresh Mushrooms

Because fresh mushrooms are perishable, all fresh mushroom sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review your request and, when appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Tinctures & Non-Perishable Products

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
