Fresh mushroom orders should be opened and refrigerated promptly upon delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms and food products, all sales of fresh mushrooms are final unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Unopened, non-perishable items may be eligible for return according to our return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
